Army chief stresses continued development of JAF units

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti on Sunday stressed that the General Command of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) is continuing with developing JAF units and enhancing its capability to defend the homeland.
Joining personnel of the Special Battalion 101, one of the units of the King Abdullah II Special Royal Group, for iftar (the fast-breaking meal at sunset) banquet, Huneiti conveyed His Majesty King Abdullah’s, the Supreme Commander of the JAF, greetings to the unit personnel, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The army chief expressed pride in the efforts exerted by the unit.
