AMMAN — The Hashemite Fund for the Reconstruction of Al Aqsa and the Dome of Rock warned on Tuesday against the frequent Israeli attempts to divide Al Aqsa Mosque.
Wasfi Kilani, who heads the fund, said the mosque covers an area of 144 dunums above the ground, and includes holy sites under the ground such as the Lower Aqsa and the Marwani Mosque.
Kilani said that all these sites are part of Al Aqsa Mosque and its partition is non-negotiable.
