2 RJAF pilots killed in aircraft crash near Ramtha

AMMAN — Two Royal Jordanian Air Force pilots (RJAF) Bilal Shoufein and Captain Pilot Baha Abu Ghanmi were pronounced dead on Sunday after one of the Royal Jordanian Air Force’s Grob training aircrafts crashed into an empty area in Ramtha District, Irbid, at 9am, an official source at the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) said.
The two pilots were pronounced dead after being hospitalised at the King Abdullah University Hospital, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The JAF mourned the two officers, expressing deep condolences to their families.
