130 illegal labourers nabbed in two days

AMMAN — The Labour Ministry said on Friday that it has referred 130 illegal guest workers to the concerned authorities in the past two days.
Abdullah Jbour, head of the inspection directorate at the ministry, said the joint inspection campaigns covered the entire Kingdom, targeting restaurants and coffee shops, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
He added that violating employers received fines, as stipulated in the Labour Law.
