‘At Your Service’ platform receives 14,000 applications by mid-January

AMMAN — The “Bekhidmatikum” (“At Your Service” in Arabic) interactive platform has received more than 14,000 applications by mid-January, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. Minister of State for Institutional Performance Development Majd Shweikeh said in a statement on Monday that there is a daily follow-up of the liaison officers responsible for receiving the citizens’ applications, and following up on them to ensure their interaction with the citizens and their response to resolve their issues.
The “Complaint” section received 6,274 applications and constituted 44.4 per cent of the total applications received, followed by the “Ask the Government” section with 5,491, which constituted 38.8 per cent, while the “Suggestion” section received 1,343 applications. The “Compliment” section received 682 and the “Report” section received 335 applications, according to the report issued by the “At Your Service” platform.
The Ministry of Education received 1,728 applications, followed by the Ministry of Health with 1,206, while the Ministry of Finance received 1,203 and the Ministry of Labour received 898, the Greater Amman Municipality with 883, the Public Security Department with 769, followed by Civil Service Bureau and the Ministry of Interior.
