A new world order
Nov 16,2015 - Last updated at Nov 16,2015
Daesh’s heinous terrorist attacks in Paris underscore many truths. One simple truth is the fact that the Western world’s politicians have been both naïve and reckless in the way they have willy-nilly opened their borders and host populations to refugees with very few questions asked and few security checks made.
The tragic results have begun to play out.
What has now transpired in Paris no doubt is but the first of many instances still to come of the whirlwind that the western world has begun to reap.
You can bet that Daesh has made sure many of its agents are among the hordes of refugees and illegal immigrants who continue to stream uninvited or invited into the heart of Western countries.
The sad reality is that the host populations and their cultures, through no fault of their own, are going to have to suffer grievously for such naïveté and recklessness.
The Western political and financial world is behind much of the horrific war of terror that continues to expand everywhere in the world.
The onus, blame and responsibility to now do something positive to rectify the state of the world fall rightfully on its shoulders.
This does not mean an invitation to create an even more draconian police and security state.
To take a page from France’s own revolutionary history, it is high time to create a new world order based not upon vengeance, violence and hatred but upon France’s own national motto of “Liberté, egalité, fraternité”.
