AMMAN — The Jordan Football Association (JFA) postponed Week 15 of the 63rd Jordan Professional League to kick off on February 26.
The JFA board also extended the contract of national team coach Ray Wilkins and his staff despite Jordan’s elimination from the Asian Cup, where they failed to repeat their quarter-final qualification in 2004 and 2011.
A committee was also set up to finalise the technical staff for the U-17 women’s team as Jordan prepares to host the 2016 U-17 Women’s World Cup.
