Work hours at public institutions to start at 10am Wednesday

AMMAN — Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Bisher Al Khasawnehon Tuesday decided to delay the start of work in ministries and public departments until 10am due to the prevailing weather conditions expected for Wednesday and Thursday. 

The decision includes the ministries, official departments, institutions, public bodies, universities, municipalities, joint service councils, Greater Amman Municipality and government-owned companies, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

Under the decision, governors and heads of education directorates are authorised to take the necessary decisions in their respective governorates depending on the weather conditions.
