AMMAN — Border Guards foiled two infiltration attempts on the northern and southern borders on Thursday evening, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported, quoting an unnamed army source.
The two infiltration attempts, which involved two suspects, took place at different times, the source said.
Border Guards prevented the individuals from crossing illegally into neighbouring countries in line with the rules of engagement, detaining them and referring them to the concerned authorities, according to the source.
