Training of public HR employees concludes

AMMAN — The Public Sector Development Ministry has concluded training and building the capacities of a new group of human resources units in a number of ministries as part of its 2014-2016 executive plan to improve the performance of government bodies, a ministry statement said Tuesday.
The units were trained on using human resources guidebooks as well as ways to prepare development plans, according to Public Sector Development Minister Khleef Al Khawaldeh. The training benefited HR employees from the ministries of ICT, awqaf, culture and labour.

Human resources employees in the public sector on Tuesday completed a capacity-building programme implemented by the Ministry of Public Sector Development under its 2014-2016 executive plan to enhance public administration.
The Ministry of Public Sector Development has prepared guidebooks outlining the services offered by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply and the National Centre for Information Technology, a ministry statement said.
Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour has sent a guidebook regulating the work of units concerned with monitoring public sector performance to all ministries and government agencies, a statement said Sunday.
