Tourism Ministry to form 2 committees to run JSTA, JTGA

AMMAN — Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Nayef Al Fayez on Sunday decided to form two permanent committees to run the Jordan Society of Tourism and Travel Agents (JSTA) and the Jordan Tourism Guides Association (JTGA).
The ministry, in a statement said that the permanent committees will be functional until the general assembly to convene to elect a new board of directors, in accordance with defence orders that regulate such issues, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
The statement added that Fayez decided that a permanent committee will run the JTGA for a three-month period to be headed by Mohammed Hammad.
