Teachers continue protest against attack on school principal

RWEISHED — Teachers at the Manshiyet Ghayath Secondary School suspended their work for the seventh consecutive day protesting against not arresting some people who attacked the school principal, Northeastern Badia Education Director Riyad Shdeifat said Monday.
He added that students will be compensated for this lost time through extra lessons as soon as assailants are caught.
Rweished Mayor Ali Younis said the schoolteachers filed a complaint against four suspects.
