Teacher attacked in northwestern Badia

AMMAN — A man on Wednesday allegedly attacked a teacher using a baton at a school affiliated with the northwestern Badia educational directorate.
The teacher was hospitalised after being hit in the head with the stick by the person who entered the classroom during the school day, head of the educational directorate Ali Mazawdeh said, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
The teacher, who underwent a minor surgical procedure, filed a complaint with the police.
