Tarawneh said the visit aimed to boost the military personnel’s morale. Bani Yasin briefed the visitors on the tasks and duties performed by the personnel in the zone to protect and control the Kingdom’s borders in addition to preventing infiltration and smuggling attempts.
The borders extending over 531kilometres comprise towers, military equipment and patrols monitoring the borders to track any suspicious movements, according to Petra.
