Syrian authorities release Jordanian minor

AMMAN — Syrian authorities on Tuesday released a 16-year-old Jordanian to a family member in Damascus, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Sufian Qudah said on Wednesday.
The Jordanian embassy in Damascus is working on preparing the return of the minor to the Kingdom, Qudah said in a Foreign Ministry statement. The spokesperson expressed appreciation for the Syrian authorities’ cooperation.
