AMMAN — Sudan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday condemned the assault on the Jordanian embassy in Khartoum. In a statement issued by the Sudanese embassy, the ministry called on the international community to condemn this criminal act before national and international justice systems, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The Sudanese embassy pointed out that the attacks on the embassies of Jordan, South Sudan, Somalia, Uganda, the Saudi military attaché and the Kuwaiti military attaché last Sunday reflect a disregard for international law and customs concerning the sanctity and protection of the headquarters and property of diplomatic missions.
