SSC gives out sentences of up to 7 years labour for terror-related charges

AMMAN — The State Security Court (SSC) on Wednesday sentenced a number of suspects on charges related to promoting the Daesh terror group’s ideology to prison, in terms reaching seven years of hard labour, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
One of the suspects was sentenced to 7 years hard labour, three suspects promoting Daesh were sentenced to 4 years hard labour, and one suspect was sentenced to 5 years hard labour for promoting the Daesh ideology, assisting in joining armed groups and terrorist organisations and recruiting people to join armed groups and terrorist organisations.
