Sharif Hussein house works in Aqaba to boost area's development

AMMAN — Royal Court chief, Yousef Issawi, and Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority Chief Commissioner Nasser Shraideh, on Monday discussed works under the Royal Initiative to rehabilitate Sharif Hussein’s house in Aqaba.
The meeting focused on coordinating efforts to ensure the integration of the project with plans surrounding the flag square in the city, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Tuesday.
Shraideh said that development of the area will take into consideration the architectural design of the house.
According to the project's blueprints, the house will become a museum narrating the Great Arab Revolt, while the development project of the area will include several museums showcasing the history of Jordan.
