Senate president meets with South Korean official

AMMAN — Senate President Faisal Fayez on Thursday met with Kim Jong-Do, deputy director of the Institute of Middle Eastern Affairs at Myongji University in South Korea, who translated Jordan's Constitution and a number of Arab constitutions into Korean.
Fayez, in the presence of the Korean Ambassador to the Kingdom, HE Lee Jae-wan, expressed his appreciation for the efforts of Kim and the institute in translating and printing Jordan's Constitution, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. During the meeting, they reviewed the latest developments in the region and the economic challenges Jordan is facing.
Fayez highlighted the importance of enhancing economic cooperation between Jordan and South Korea in various fields. For his part, the Korean ambassador reiterated his country's keenness to continue investing in Jordan, especially in the fields of energy and water.
