Senate president meets with representatives of social organisations

AMMAN — Senate president Faisal Fayez on Wednesday emphasised the importance of dialogue in handling national issues, notably in regard to regulations governing political life and economic challenges. 

Fayez’s remarks came during his meeting with popular and official delegations, representing various political and social organisations, as well as professional unions, youth sectors and tribes in the Balqa governorate, to discuss the most prominent national issues.

The gathering welcomed Fayez’s initiative to conduct national dialogue, highlighting the necessity of taking effective steps towards administrative and political reform, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

The gathering also called for realising effective policies to ensure social justice, improve services, draw plans for the youth, and encourage investment.
