Safadi, Kuwaiti ambassador discuss bilateral relations

AMMAN — Lower House Speaker Ahmad Safadi and Kuwaiti Ambassador to Jordan Hamad Al Marri discussed the relations between the two countries, particularly at the parliamentary level. Safadi said that the Jordanian and Kuwaiti stances serve the interests of pan-Arab issues, mainly the Palestinian cause, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. He underscored the Kingdom's commitment to advocating for the just Palestinian cause, expressing unwavering support for the Hashemite custodianship over Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem. The two sides reiterated the importance of sustaining communication and consultation to serve the interests of both countries and build on the existing "solid" ties. Al Marri said that bilateral relations are based on "strong foundations" and are witnessing progress across all fields, highlighting Jordan's attractive investment environment.
