Royal Naval Force Command rescues drowning family

AMMAN — The Royal Naval Force Command personnel on Saturday rescued a six-member family who drowned after their pedal boat sank at the gulf of Aqaba.
The Royal Naval Force Command's agents rushed to the scene and administrated first aid to the family before transferring them to Prince Hashim Bin Abdullah II Military Hospital where their conditions were listed as stable.
The Royal Naval Force Command carries out the duties of the Coast Guard within territorial waters through patrols and coastal surveillance in addition to its main role in protecting Jordanian maritime borders.
