Royal Jordanian to apply US travel restrictions

AMMAN — Royal Jordanian on Sunday issued a statement announcing the application of travel restrictions pertaining to citizens of certain nationalities wishing to travel to the US.
According to injunctions filed by US authorities, the only nationals of Sudan, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Iran, Iraq and Yemen allowed to travel to the US are: Permanent Green Card holders, and holders of A1 & A2 (government officials and immediate family), C2 (travel to the UN), G1 & G2 (representatives and employees of international organisations), G3 & G4 (representatives to and employees of international organisations) and NATO visas.
All citizens of the aforementioned nationalities lacking such credentials are not allowed to travel to the US as of Sunday and until further notice, the statement said.
