Royal Decree approves State Budget Law of 2023

AMMAN — A Royal Decree has been issued, approving the State Budget Law for the fiscal year 2023, which has been published in the Official Gazette, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Wednesday.
The law has passed all constitutional stages, having been approved by both chambers of Parliament. The budget amounts to JD11.4 billion, with general revenues of JD9.5 billion and a deficit of approximately JD1.8 billion.
