Royal Court chief receives copy of 2019 Sharia courts report

AMMAN — Sharia courts on Thursday referred to His Majesty King Abdullah their 2019 annual report on the conditions of Sharia courts.
Chief Islamic Justice Abdul Hafez Rabtah handed the report to Royal Court Secretary General Youssef Issawi, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The report included top achievements of the Sharia courts and showed a high percentage of finished cases that comprised 97.4 per cent of all received cases, in addition to changing the course of more than 20,000 cases by the family reconciliation offices.
