Ritz-Carlton Residencies project to launch in 2020 — real estate CEO

AMMAN — Minister of State for Investment Affairs Muhannad Shehadeh, who is also chairman of the Jordan Investment Commission (JIC), on Sunday checked up on the Ritz-Carlton Residences Project in Amman, where he said that improving the investment environment of the Kingdom is a “top priority” for the government, according to a JIC statement.
Al Eqbal Real Estate Development CEO Imad Kilani, noted that the project will generate more than 1,300 jobs during the construction phase and 530 permanent jobs once completed. According to Kilani, the project is expected to launch in 2020, and will feature 90 private residencies.
