‘Qatari authorities turn over Jordanian wanted for fraud’

AMMAN — Amman’s Interpol office has received a Jordanian suspect from Qatari authorities, who is wanted on charges of counterfeiting and writing bad cheques, the Public Security Department (PSD) said on Sunday.
Judicial authorities had received several complaints against the suspect before issuing a Red Notice that resulted in identifying the suspect’s location in Qatar, according to a PSD statement.
