PSD chief, South Korean envoy talk security cooperation

AMMAN — Public Security Department (PSD) Director Maj. Gen. Fadel Hmoud on Thursday met with the resident South Korean Ambassador Lee Bom-yon and discussed means to enhance cooperation between the two countries’ police departments.
Hmoud stressed that the PSD is always looking forward to strengthening cooperation with their counterparts in friendly countries, highlighting the importance of exchanging expertise in combating crime, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
For his part, the ambassador praised the advanced preparedness levels of the PSD and its ability to forge partnerships with counterparts in friendly countries.
