AMMAN — A 12-year-old boy died on Friday in East Amman after a brick fell on him while he and a group of people were celebrating the result of a football match on the street, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) spokesperson said on Saturday.
After investigating the incident, PSD personnel identified another juvenile, 16, who is suspected to have thrown the brick out of anger over the result of the match, the spokesperson added.
The juvenile suspect will be referred to the judiciary, according to a PSD statement.
