The Iftar was organised in coordination with the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development's (JOHUD) Goodwill Campaign (GWC), and was part of the hotel's charitable activities during the holy month of Ramadan, demonstrating their social responsibility. During the event, Princess Basma distributed gifts provided by the campaign, including toys and clothing, to the children. The ceremony also featured entertainment, such as puppet shows.

The hotel's General Manager Jan Kaiser expressed pride in collaborating with JOHUD to organise this charitable Iftar, highlighting the importance of partnership between national institutions in the public and private sectors to serve the community.
