Princess Alia Foundation inks women empowerment deal

AMMAN — The Princess Alia Foundation and Jordan Forum For Business and Professional Women on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to advance mutual cooperation in the field of social responsibility.
The memo, signed in the attendance of HRH Princess Alia and Tagreed Nfaisi, head of the forum, aims at empowering women economically, through conducting training programmes across the Kingdom that are set to integrate women in the economic field, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Thursday.
The agreement also aims to empower local women to generate income, reinforcing their contribution within sustainable developmental efforts.
