Prince Hassan calls for value-added university programmes

AMMAN — HRH Prince Hassan on Tuesday stressed the importance of paying further attention to scientific research.
At a meeting with students from Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT) on campus, discussions addressed the question of value-added educational programmes and qualitative specialisations.
Discussions also addressed the role of students in defining national priorities for serving the local community.
Prince Hassan was briefed on the student council’s initiative for 2014-2015. At the meeting — attended by HRH Princess Sumaya, president of the university’s board of trustees — Prince Hassan listened to a presentation by PSUT President Mashhoor Rifai on the university’s achievements.
