Prince Hassan appoints Hattar as director of Inter-Faith institute

AMMAN — HRH Prince Hassan, chairperson of the Royal Institute for Inter-Faith Studies' board of trustees, on Sunday decided to appoint Ryniah Hattar as director for the institute as of September.
Hattar holds a PHD in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Granada in Spain, and a BA in French and German Languages and Literatures from the University of Jordan, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
She served as head of the department of international studies at the institute, coordinator and lecturer in the Department of Middle Eastern Studies at the International Centre for Christian Oriental Studies in Granada, as well as adviser on Christian-Muslim relations for the Spanish episcopal conference.
