PM tests positive for COVID, goes in home quarantine

AMMAN — Prime Minister Bisher Al Khasawneh on Wednesday underwent two rapid COVID-19 tests and tested positive. Khasawneh later took a PCR test to confirm his infection, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The prime minister will commit to home quarantine procedures as a precaution until the final result of the PCR test is known.
