PM expresses condolences over passing of former minister Sober

AMMAN — Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Bisher Al Khasawneh on Wednesday mourned the passing of former supply minister Muneer Sober.
The premier also extended his condolences to Sober family, paying tribute to the former minister's “great efforts” in serving his country, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The late Sober served as supply minister between 1996 and 1997, and was member of the Lower House and the Upper House. He was also engaged in social and charity work.
Also on Wednesday, Senate President Faisal Fayez expressed condolences to the Sober family, recalling his contributions to the nation, Petra added.
