AMMAN — The Jordan Pharmacists Association (JPhA) is planning to take legal measures against the Jordan Bar Association in response to a decision under which the latter has restricted the dispensing of medicines to its members for specific chronic disease to a single pharmaceutical group.
JPhA President Ahmad Issa said the JPhA will demand compensation in return for the financial damages incurred by pharmacies as a result of the decision.
