Parliamentary committee formed to investigate Dead Sea tragedy

AMMAN — The Chamber’s Permanent Office chaired by the Speaker of the Lower House Atef Tarawneh, formed a parliamentary investigation committee, to probe the Dead Sea accident, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Wednesday.
The committee includes MPs: Chairman Abdulmunem Oudat, Saleh Armouti, Rapporteur of the Legal Commitee and Investigation Committee Mustafa Yaghi, Head of Education Committee and Vice Chairman Ibrahim Badour, Hussein Qaisi, Reem Abu Delboh and Ibrahim Abu Ezz.
The House of Representatives previously approved in its concluding session on Tuesday, a mandate for the Permanent Office to form a parliamentary investigation committee and submit its report within ten days.
