‘Over 23,000 objections to voter lists received’

AMMAN — Civil Status and Passport Department (CSPD) Director General Marwan Qteishat on Monday said the department has received 23,183 objections to the preliminary voter lists, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The CSPD will look into the objections during the designated period and will issue its decisions according to the Elections Law and the executive regulations issued by the Independent Election Commission, Qteishat added.
