One dead, two injured in separate incidents

MAFRAQ/AJLOUN — One man died and another was injured in a collision involving a passenger bus and a motorcycle on the Mafraq-Safawi road on Sunday, according to the Civil Defence Department (CDD).

The CDD took the injured to Mafraq Public Hospital, where he was reported to be in fair condition.

Also on Sunday, a 75-year-old man was injured when his pickup truck overturned on the valley road leading from Ajloun to Kufranjah.

The man was transferred to a Royal Medical Services hospital from Al Iman Hospital after X-rays revealed that he suffered spinal fractures.
