One dead, 25 injured in separate road accidents

AMMAN — One child died and two people were injured on Sunday in a vehicle accident in the Rweished area, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Mafraq Civil Defence Department (CDD) personnel administered first aid to the injured before transferring them and the body to the Rweished Public Hospital, where they were listed in fair condition.

Also on Sunday, 23 people were injured in a bus accident in Azraq-Shweir highway, according to Petra.

The CDD media office said that the Azraq CDD personnel administered first aid to the injured and transferred them to Zarqa Public Hospital and Prince Hashim Military Hospital where they were reported to be in fair condition.
