Occupancy rate in Aqaba's hotels reaches 75% during eid

AMMAN — Occupancy rate in Aqaba's hotels and residences reached 75 per cent during the Eid Al Fitr holiday, Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) Spokesperson Abdulmahdi Katamine said on Tuesday.
ASEZA Chief Commissioner Nasser Shraideh said that the authority, in cooperation with the Aqaba Governorate departments and security apparatuses, has provided all necessary services for the governorate's residents and visitors and implemented all procedures to guarantee their safety, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Shraideh added that the commercial movement in the southern shore city witnessed a "remarkable" increase, with flexible traffic flow.
