North Shouneh house fire kills one, injures six

AMMAN — A house fire in North Shouneh on Monday killed one person and led to respiratory distress in six more people. The Civil Defence Department (CDD) said that firefighters from the West Irbid CDD contained the fire, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Paramedics provided five injured people, whose condition was described as “good”, with the necessary first aid, and hospitalised one injured person, whose condition was described as “stable”, and transferred the body of the deceased to Muath Bin Jabal Hospital.
