New ambassadors present credentials

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah received the credentials of several newly-appointed ambassadors to the Kingdom at the Basman Palace on Sunday, according to a Royal Court statement.
Royal Court Chief Fayez Tarawneh and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh attended the ceremony.
The envoys are: Shubhdarshini Tripathi of India, Miles Robert Armitage of Australia, Erik Ullenhag of Sweden, Peter MacDougall of Canada, Rogerio Manuel Santana Rodriguez as non-resident ambassador of Cuba, Nicolae Comanescu of Romania, and Tarek Adel of Egypt.
