Narcotic pills, bullets confiscated in smuggling attempt from Syria

AMMAN — The army released on Thursday more details about contraband seized by Border Guards on Wednesday after thwarting a smuggling attempt from Syria.
Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army Spokesperson Col. Mamdoh Al Ameri said the seized items included 112,000 narcotic pills and 112,828 bullets, in addition to several weapons and an amount of hashish.
