Nadia Al Saeed appointed chairwoman of Endeavor Jordan

AMMAN — Endeavor Jordan’s board of directors has elected Nadia Al Saeed as its chairwoman and Maher Kaddoura as vice chair for the coming three years, according to a statement made available to The Jordan Times. The appointment came after the the-year tenure of Chairman Walid Tahabsem came to an end in December 2020.
Endeavor Managing Director Reem Goussous extended gratitude and appreciation to Walid for his efforts during his tenure. Saeed has been Bank Al Etihad’s CEO since 2007 and is a former minister of information and communications technology.
Saeed was acknowledged by Forbes Middle East on multiple occasions as one of the Most Powerful Arab Businesswomen, the statement said. Kaddoura is a management consultant, serial entrepreneur, angel investor, social change maker, public speaker and adventurer, according to the statement.
Endeavor Jordan aims to catalyse sustainable, long-term economic growth and support the creation of employment opportunities in the local market “by accelerating high-impact entrepreneurial companies that have a positive and tangible impact on society”, according to the statement.
