MPs adjourn internal by-law discussions to Sunday

AMMAN — The Lower House on Tuesday adjourned its internal by-law discussions to next Sunday. In its previous session, the Chamber endorsed 22 of the 35 article amendments, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
MPs voted in favour of Deputy Abdulkarim Dughmi’s proposal to postpone discussions over the by-law until amending the Elections Law, prior to the House’s vote to delay deliberations to Sunday’s session.
