Ministry follows up on detention of Jordanian in Israel

AMMAN — The Foreign Ministry and the Jordanian embassy in Tel Aviv are following up on the arrest of a Jordanian citizen in Israel, ministry Spokesperson Sufian Qudah said on Tuesday.
Qudah added that the citizen is currently being investigated by the Israeli authorities, according to a foreign ministry statement. He said that the ministry is working to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the arrest.
