Marka partial building collapse kills one

AMMAN — A 17-year-old male died in a partial collapse of a three-storey building in South Marka, the Jordan News Agency Petra reported.
Civil Defence Department (CDD) transferred the body to Prince Hamzah Hospital, adding that the building was evacuated and no other injuries were reported. Also on Thursday, CDD personnel put out a fire that erupted in a house in Zarqa, 22km northeast of Amman, Petra, reported. No injuries were reported.
