‘Man sets himself on fire in Ajloun’

AMMAN — A man in his 30s set himself on fire in Anjara in Ajloun, some 70km northwest of Amman on Saturday, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. Civil Defence Department personnel administered first aid and took the man to Iman Public Hospital.
Ahmad Zghoul, the hospital director, said that the man is in critical condition and suffered second and third degree burns over 70 per cent of his body. He will be transferred to Al Bashir Hospital for further treatment, Zghoul said.
