Maintenance worker falls to his death

AMMAN — A man died on Thursday after falling off a scaffolding at the potash plant in Ghor Al Safi while performing maintenance work, according to a Civil Defence Department (CDD) statement.

CDD cadres administered first aid to the man and took him to hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
